Pay homage to one of your favorite historical figures this year when you dress up in the Colonial Lady Betsy Ross Women's Costume. Betsy Ross is credited with creating the first American flag back in 1776. Get a look right out of the 1700's when you put on the included dress and mop cap. The pastel gown is floor length and pink.
